We believe massages should be individual based not modality based. As massage is often marketed by deep tissue, hot stones, etc. We understand the body can need more than a limited prepackaged modality. A short intake is taken before each session to assess clients needs. A plan will be made according to that persons needs. We bring all the tools and relaxation.

60, 90, 120 Minute Massage 

With couples and prenatal options also available

A system of massage used to relieve tension, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body.

Add this service individually or along with your massage. If added to massage a reflexologist will come along and work simultanously with therapist during your session.  

30, 45, 60 minute options

Facial enhancements and options to extend your facial is available

Equipment is provided so there is no need to worry about juggling yoga mats and blocks. Just throw on some comfortable yoga pants and join your group.

Hand crafted Himalayan salt scrub. Choose from our variety of essential oils to enjoy the satisfying scent as you shower of the scrub. Wonderful service before a massage. Great for the lymphatic system and skin.
