We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate our clients and our therapists, we kindly request a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
Appointments cancelled within the 2 week period may result in a cancellation fee or forfeit of any deposits paid.
Refunds are handled as follows:
